PANORAMICA DEL PROGETTO
La Responsabilità Sociale d'Impresa (RSI) e la sostenibilità sono priorità fondamentali per le aziende in Europa, spinte da esigenze sociali e da quadri normativi come la Direttiva sulla Rendicontazione della Sostenibilità Aziendale del 2023. Le piccole e medie imprese (PMI) spesso non hanno esperti in RSI o programmi di formazione mirati. Le pratiche attuali di RSI, infatti, non sempre riescono a coinvolgere direttamente le comunità locali, essenziali per il successo di un'azienda.
Il progetto CDM cerca di colmare questa lacuna introducendo un programma di formazione completo, focalizzato sul collegamento tra la Responsabilità Sociale d'Impresa (RSI) e lo sviluppo delle comunità. Rivolto a neolaureati e personale aziendale, il progetto promuove la creazione della figura di Community Development Manager (CDM), con l'obiettivo di garantire che le iniziative di RSI siano allineate alle strategie aziendali, rafforzando al contempo i legami con le comunità locali. Promuovendo valori condivisi e benessere sociale, il progetto mira a diffondere le pratiche di RSI e favorire la cooperazione in Europa.
OBIETTIVI SPECIFICI
• Aumentare la consapevolezza sulla necessità e potenziale delle strategie di RSI e sostenibilità orientate alla comunità all'interno delle aziende.
• Potenziare la formazione professionale (VET) e promuovere una conoscenza accurata della RSI collegata allo sviluppo delle comunità.
• Progettare e sperimentare diverse forme di collaborazione tra le aziende e le comunità locali, che permettano la realizzazione di iniziative sociali sostenibili per il territorio.
RISULTATI
1. Raccomandazioni per lo Sviluppo delle Comunità come risultato dell'analisi dei bisogni delle aziende e delle comunità locali di ciascun Paese. Partendo dallo studio e dalla raccolta di dati locali, le raccomandazioni saranno elaborate a livello transnazionale, promuovendo strategie, comportamenti e percorsi di riorganizzazione per tutta l'Europa.
2. Formazione per lo Sviluppo delle Comunità, finalizzata a rafforzare le competenze dei gruppi target e a sviluppare le loro capacità per collaborare con stakeholder locali e attivare iniziative di sviluppo comunitario. La formazione si baserà su metodi di apprendimento online flessibili, adattati alle esigenze, ai bisogni e alle sfide dei partecipanti e delle comunità per prepararli a cooperare con le realtà locali. Materiali di supporto per i formatori contribuiranno alla replicabilità e alla sostenibilità del programma.
3. Community Development Hub è una piattaforma di apprendimento online, archivio informativo e strumento collaborativo per aziende, manager dello sviluppo comunitario (CDM) e comunità. Fornirà aggiornamenti continui e interazioni dirette tra i CDM, formatori e aziende; strumenti per progettare e implementare interventi comunitari delle PMI nelle comunità locali; uno strumento per allineare i bisogni delle comunità locali con le imprese locali disposte a co-progettare e finanziare progetti di sviluppo comunitario, come parte della strategia di sostenibilità del CDM.

Co-founded by two project managers with more than 15 years of experience in social innovation projects, Project School is a startup company based in Italy aimed to strengthen the creative and design skills of individuals and organizations willing to develop sustainable solutions to small and big challenges of their communities.
Using the most innovative design techniques in the social field, Project School intends to create a generation of professionals capable of designing ambitious and sustainable initiatives, able to solve some of the most difficult challenges of our society: education, work, environment, migration, etc.
Project School delivers two practical Laboratories that are strictly linked to its target groups, namely:
Social Impact Project Lab
Designed for individuals and organizations willing to play an active role in their communities by supporting and funding social impact initiatives and projects.
Project Design Training
Project School provides training on specific aspects of social impact project design (such as defining the project scope, framing the social impact, finding partners, investigating the sustainability of the project). PS delivers training for different audiences, with different ages, backgrounds, and aptitudes, ranging from universities to foundations to any organization wishing to offer specialized training to its stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Furthermore, Project School designs, creates, and concretely develops social impact projects funded by the European Commission and other donors.
Since the launch of Project School (January 2020) to date, it has been awarded more than 15 EU projects on
various topics: youth activation, sustainable development, climate change, women’s leadership, and integration of migrants. Our reference programmes are: Erasmus+, AMIF, CERV, LIFE, Creative Europe.
AnciLab is the company of ANCI Lombardia (National Association of Italian Municipalities of the Lombardy Region). AnciLab is a VET provider. The company’s mission is to provide technical assistance and capacity building to the Public Administration providing tailor –made trainings and mentoring in the field of innovation, green, digital and just transition. AnciLab’s contribution aims at boosting the governance process and the executive capacities of the local authorities to better understand, integrate and address the challenges of innovation and leadership in disruptive time. Capacity building programmes are provided to improve the management skills of civil servants, elected officials and legislators to boost their competences and organization’s effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness towards their stakeholders.
