APERÇU DU PROJET :
La Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) et la durabilité sont des priorités clés pour les entreprises en Europe, portées par des exigences sociales croissantes et des cadres réglementaires tels que la Directive européenne sur le reporting de durabilité des entreprises (CSRD) de 2023. Les Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (PME) manquent souvent d’experts en RSE ou de programmes de formation adaptés. Les pratiques actuelles en matière de RSE ne permettent pas toujours de favoriser une véritable implication auprès des communautés locales, pourtant essentielles à l’acceptation et au succès de l’entreprise.
Le projet CDM répond à cette lacune en proposant un programme de formation complet, axé sur le lien entre la RSE et le développement des communautés locales. Destiné aux diplômé·e·s et aux salarié·e·s d’entreprise, le projet met en avant la création d’un poste de Community Development Manager (CDM), afin d’assurer la cohérence des initiatives RSE avec les stratégies de l’entreprise, tout en renforçant les liens avec les territoires. En favorisant des valeurs partagées et en répondant aux enjeux de bien-être social, le projet vise à faire évoluer les pratiques de RSE et à encourager la coopération à l’échelle européenne.
OBJECTIFS SPÉCIFIQUES :
Sensibiliser à la nécessité et au potentiel des stratégies de RSE et de durabilité orientées vers les communautés au sein des entreprises.
Renforcer la formation professionnelle innovante (VET) et diffuser des connaissances cohérentes sur la RSE en lien avec le développement des communautés.
Concevoir et tester différentes formes de collaboration entre les entreprises et les communautés locales, permettant la mise en œuvre d’initiatives sociales durables pour le territoire.
RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS :
Recommandations pour le développement communautaire (CD Recommendations). Ces recommandations seront issues d’une évaluation des besoins menée auprès des entreprises et des communautés locales dans chaque pays participant. À partir de l’étude et de la collecte de données locales, des recommandations transnationales seront élaborées. Elles proposeront des stratégies, des comportements et des parcours de réorganisation pensés à l’échelle européenne, au-delà des spécificités nationales.
Formation au développement communautaire (CD Training). Ce programme de formation vise à renforcer les compétences des groupes cibles (salarié·e·s et diplômé·e·s) et à développer leur capacité à collaborer avec les parties prenantes locales, dans le but de générer des initiatives concrètes de développement communautaire. La formation reposera sur des méthodes d’apprentissage en ligne flexibles, adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des apprenant·e·s et des territoires (en fonction des besoins et défis identifiés). Des supports pédagogiques pour les formateurs de la formation professionnelle (VET) viendront compléter le dispositif, afin d’en assurer la reproductibilité et la pérennité.
Plateforme de développement communautaire (CD Hub). Le CD Hub combinera plusieurs fonctions : plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne, centre de ressources et outil collaboratif destiné aux entreprises, aux Community Development Managers (CDMs) et aux communautés locales. Il proposera : - une mise à jour continue et des interactions directes entre les CDMs, les formateurs et les entreprises ; - des outils pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des interventions communautaires portées par les PME ; - un système de mise en relation entre les besoins identifiés des communautés locales et les entreprises désireuses de co-concevoir et financer des projets à impact social, dans le cadre de leur stratégie de durabilité.

Social Impact Project Lab
Designed for individuals and organizations willing to play an active role in their communities by supporting and funding social impact initiatives and projects.
Project Design Training
Project School provides training on specific aspects of social impact project design (such as defining the project scope, framing the social impact, finding partners, investigating the sustainability of the project). PS delivers training for different audiences, with different ages, backgrounds, and aptitudes, ranging from universities to foundations to any organization wishing to offer specialized training to its stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Furthermore, Project School designs, creates, and concretely develops social impact projects funded by the European Commission and other donors.
Since the launch of Project School (January 2020) to date, it has been awarded more than 15 EU projects on
various topics: youth activation, sustainable development, climate change, women’s leadership, and integration of migrants. Our reference programmes are: Erasmus+, AMIF, CERV, LIFE, Creative Europe.
AnciLab is the company of ANCI Lombardia (National Association of Italian Municipalities of the Lombardy Region). AnciLab is a VET provider. The company’s mission is to provide technical assistance and capacity building to the Public Administration providing tailor –made trainings and mentoring in the field of innovation, green, digital and just transition. AnciLab’s contribution aims at boosting the governance process and the executive capacities of the local authorities to better understand, integrate and address the challenges of innovation and leadership in disruptive time.
